KIM ALLCOCK My favorite part of teaching prenatal yoga is helping women discover the resources within themselves. It is so important for you to trust your body, your baby and your intuition! Prenatal yoga is an ideal way to prepare your body and mind for birth and motherhood, an opportunity to connect with your baby and a chance to be part of a community of moms-to-be. I began practicing yoga when I was pregnant with my first child. I am now the mother of four and my yoga practice has continued to deepen. The body wisdom and confidence I gained, and the breathing and meditation techniques I learned in yoga eased my babies’ paths into the world. My practice continues to help me remain a calm and loving mother. I am a certified prenatal yoga instructor and a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance at the 500 hour level. I am excited to help you discover your inner resources and to support you on your journey to motherhood.

IVA NEVEUX I became a student of yoga in my early twenties. When I began to notice the inner transformations that yoga had brought to my life, I decided to deepen and expand my understanding of this ancient art and science of living. I have apprenticed with Kimberlee Orenstein, Kim Lenzi, JinSung, Ada Lusardi and others. As a yoga instructor I encourage students to embrace the present moment and help them improve their body awareness and posture, as well as their quality of life through all that yoga has to offer. My effort in class is to create a space where no one will ever feel intimidated; a space where everyone will feel nurtured, supported and respected.
